There are lots of sites out there featuring uncut guys, but there's only one site that I know of that's totally dedicated to uncut cocks - a shrine to foreskin - and that's Fantastic Foreskin. Members can also watch or download segmented clips, but I think this is overkill. The full scenes both downloaded and streamed quickly, so I don't think most members would want to bother with the smaller clips; still they're handy if you just want to watch cum shots. There's no DRM on the site, so whatever you download is yours to keep.
Each episode also has a gallery of digital photos ranging in size from 594x792 (older) to 596x900 (newer) and you can view these online in galleries, or you can use the slide-show feature, or you can download them in a zip file and enjoy them at your leisure. There are 50 plus pictures in each gallery with plenty of close-ups of uncut cocks and foreskin.
